This adaptogen is good, but I did not notice any significant effects. After finishing the supplement, I saw a minor improvement. I will try it again, hoping for a cumulative effect, as the product is of high quality with good ingredients. Rhodiola provides a boost without overexciting me, and I appreciated the use of glass packaging to reduce plastic.
